Welcome to Sanwariya.shop. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Sanwariya.shop is a B2B wholesale supplier of women’s wear such as nighties and kurtis, catering to online resellers operating on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces across India. We source products directly from factories and supply them at wholesale rates, helping resellers grow their business with ready stock and clear policies.
2. Eligibility
Our services are exclusively available for businesses and individuals engaged in online selling. By registering with us, you confirm that you are authorized to place orders for commercial purposes.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate personal and business information, including name, contact details, and GST information (if available). This information will be used to process orders, generate invoices, and support your account.
4. Order Process
Orders must be placed before 12 PM (noon) on the previous day.
There is no minimum order quantity — you may order even a single item at wholesale rates.
Orders are accepted via WhatsApp during the initial phase and will later be available through the website.
5. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in advance via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
GST-compliant invoices will be provided in PDF format and sent via email after payment is confirmed.
Credit facilities may be extended only to verified resellers after 3 months of regular orders.
6. Delivery Terms
Orders are dispatched as early as 8 AM the next day after confirmation.
We aim to deliver all orders before 10 AM the next day. In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed up to 12 PM due to stock shortages, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery is free of charge within India.
7. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Important Notice:
Sanwariya.shop operates as a B2B wholesale platform, supplying products directly from factories at wholesale prices to online resellers. All transactions are conducted between businesses and tailored to meet specific seller requirements.
✅ No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances except for defective or damaged items.
Wholesale transactions are not governed by consumer protection laws applicable to retail customers, and clear terms are provided upfront.
✅ Defective Item Exchange
Defective or damaged products can be exchanged after verification.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo or video evidence.
Sanwariya.shop reserves the right to reject invalid claims.
By placing an order, you agree that you understand and accept this policy.
8. Pricing & Offers
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice.
Offers, discounts, and credit facilities are provided at our discretion and may be modified at any time.
9. Billing Policy
Daily invoices will be generated and sent via email in PDF format.
Only soft copies (PDF) of the GST-compliant original bill will be provided.
All billing records are securely stored on our website, email, and backup systems.
10. Credit Facility
Credit is available only to verified resellers with at least 3 months of consistent orders.
Approval of credit is subject to order history and reliability.
11. Minimum Order Policy
There is no minimum order quantity.
Resellers can place orders for any quantity starting from a single piece.
12. Business Closure
Business will be considered inactive if no orders are placed for 2 consecutive weeks.
Inactive accounts may be closed without prior notice.
13. Referral Rewards
You can refer other resellers to Sanwariya.shop.
A reward of ₹500 will be credited once the referred reseller completes 25 successful paid orders.
14. Support for Resellers
We provide ongoing support to help you succeed:
✔ Product images and descriptions for your listings.
✔ Guidance on pricing and marketing strategies.
✔ Dedicated WhatsApp support for queries and assistance.
15. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, designs, logos, and intellectual property are owned by Sanwariya.shop or our licensed partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
17. Limitation of Liability
Sanwariya.shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, errors, or technical issues. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect order details provided by the reseller.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
